What You'll Do:
- Perform repetitive manual assembly, complex repairs, equipment adjustments, breaker modification, product verification, and packaging according to product specifications.
- Ensure equipment, machines, and materials in assigned work area are maintained.
- Maintain production and quality standards on the line.
- Execute tasks following safety policies and procedures, including MIL training.
- Utilize personal protective equipment and adhere to safety equipment usage.
- Report unsafe conditions to supervisors or Safety Officer.
- Participate in meetings to discuss operational and administrative aspects.
- Comply with company rules, policies, and procedures established by HR.
In this Function You Will:
- Repetitively assemble parts using complex materials, hand tools, and machines.
- Perform complex repairs on units.
- Conduct visual inspection of parts.
- Verify proper identification of materials used.
- Identify and separate non-conforming material.
- Report abnormalities in product or process to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work area.
- Adhere to quality and safety requirements established by the company.
- Foster positive interpersonal relationships and demonstrate punctuality and responsibility.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: 4th year of High School or vocational training.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in related duties.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of manufacturing order management.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Strong manual dexterity and skills.
- Positive interpersonal relationships.
- Understanding of established quality programs.
- Experience in complex repair of units.
- Familiarity with safety policies and procedures.
