Summary
Summary
Responsible for overall management and practice performance of the designated physician office(s). Works with senior leadership and physicians in a collaborative manner, assuring all policies, procedures and programs are compatible with goals and objectives of line of business.
Education
Must be a graduate of a professional school of nursing. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business Management, Healthcare Administration or equivalent preferred.
Licensure/Certification
Indiana RN license. ACLS is required to work in the Cardiology Administration Department (cost center 4745).
Experience
3-5 years in a leadership role in a healthcare environment, physician office preferred.
Other Qualifications
Must have solid verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates knowledge of practice administration, clinical operations, finance, clinical operations, service excellence and revenue cycle processes.
