What You Will Be Doing

The Project Management & Planning Operations Rep will lead high visibility strategic initiatives supporting Production Planning and Control and Camden site growth.

This position is responsible for bringing structure, coordination, and accountability to complex projects that span multiple organizations. Projects may include facility expansions and site infrastructure initiatives, new operational capabilities, warehouse and material flow initiatives, technology implementation, automation, business process transformation, and other major efforts supporting production growth.

The selected candidate will own project execution from initial concept through operational implementation. This includes establishing project governance, defining milestones, coordinating cross functional teams, managing risks and dependencies, communicating with leadership, and driving decisions and actions through completion.

This role will work across PP&C, Production Operations, Engineering, Facilities, IT, Quality, ESH, Security, Procurement, Finance, external vendors, and other organizations. Technical organizations will retain responsibility for their respective technical disciplines while this position provides overall project integration and execution leadership.

Who You Are

You are an experienced project leader who can take a complex initiative with many stakeholders and turn it into an organized execution strategy.

You are comfortable leading without direct authority, working across technical and business organizations, communicating with senior leaders, and managing several major priorities simultaneously.

You understand both technology and business operations and can translate between technical teams and operational stakeholders to keep projects aligned and moving forward.

Basic Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross functional projects or programs from planning through implementation
• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives including scope, schedule, risk, dependencies, resources, and stakeholder expectations
• Experience leading enterprise technology, business transformation, operational modernization, or similarly complex organizational initiatives
• Demonstrated experience engaging senior leadership and translating technical or operational information into clear project decisions and executive communications
• Experience coordinating internal organizations, customers, vendors, and external partners to drive project completion
• Experience using project management methodologies, reporting tools, Microsoft Office products, and project management applications

Desired Skills

• Ten or more years of project or program management experience
• Experience leading enterprise transformation, technology modernization, digital initiatives, automation, or large scale operational change
• Experience establishing project governance, executive reporting, risk management, change management, and stakeholder communication processes
• Experience operating in highly regulated, government, defense, transportation, financial, technology, or other mission critical environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, remove organizational barriers, manage ambiguity, and drive complex initiatives to completion

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $94400.00 - $175200.00

• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
