Pay Range: $45.00 - $55.00 Per Hour

Job Summary:

This role is crucial for maintaining the readiness of powertrain testing operations within the R&D lab. You will be responsible for executing various tests, validating results against strict regulatory standards, and analyzing critical performance data. Additionally, you will diagnose and resolve equipment issues to ensure seamless research and development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute engine, powertrain, and vehicle chassis dynamometer tests.
• Validate test results against federal regulations and certification procedures.
• Analyze emission outputs, particulate matter, and fuel economy data.
• Troubleshoot anomalies in test cell equipment and environmental chambers.
• Provide engineering support for daily lab operations and R&D activities.

Must-Have Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Understanding of propulsion systems and emission testing.
• Proficiency with data acquisition tools.
• This role requires experience in the automotive industry, specifically with research and development of powertrain systems.
