Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their service needs for powersports vehicles including motorcycles, ATVs, and personal watercraft.
- Provide clear explanations of required services, estimates, and timelines to customers.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
- Maintain accurate records of service orders, parts requests, and customer communications.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding service status, warranties, and maintenance recommendations.
- Work closely with parts and sales departments to facilitate a smooth service process.
- Assist in upselling services and products that enhance vehicle performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a service advisor role or customer-facing position in the powersports or automotive industry preferred.
