Powersports Parts Sales Associate

Scranton Powersports Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Powersports Parts Sales Associate to join our team in Vernon, Connecticut. This full-time, hourly position is ideal for someone who is passionate about powersports and enjoys helping customers find the right parts and accessories to elevate their riding experience. As a key member of our dealership team, you will play an important role in driving parts sales, supporting service operations, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable approach

  • Identify, explain, and recommend parts and accessories for a wide range of powersports vehicles

  • Upsell complementary and related products to enhance customer value and satisfaction

  • Accurately process orders, invoices, and payments using point-of-sale systems

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure shelves are stocked and organized

  • Keep the parts department clean, efficient, and customer-ready

  • Resolve customer questions or concerns promptly and professionally

  • Stay current on industry trends, new products, and manufacturer updates

  • Collaborate closely with the service department to support repairs and maintenance needs

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Prior sales experience in the automotive or powersports industry preferred

  • Strong knowledge of powersports vehicles, parts, and accessories

  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment

  • Proficiency with computer systems and point-of-sale software

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Availability to work Saturdays
