We are looking for a Power Protection Instructor. This position will be based in Wendell, NC.
In this role, you will deliver hands‑on, instructor‑led training that enables customers and internal teams to confidently apply power protection technologies in real‑world environments. You will spend the majority of your time delivering established training while also tailoring content to specific audiences. This role is ideal for someone with deep protection experience who is energized by developing others and scaling their impact through training.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
5+ years of experience with the following:
Power system protection across transmission, distribution, or industrial environments
Protection relays and protection schemes from any manufacturer
Commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of power protection systems
Hands‑on use of secondary injection or test equipment (such as Omicron, Doble, or Megger)
Explaining complex technical concepts clearly to technical audiences
Willingness to travel approximately 5-10% for occasional customer‑site training
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

The pay range for this position is 74,970 - 128,520 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
