Power Platform / Copilot Developer

Location: Souderton, PA - 100% Onsite – 5 Days/Week



Role Overview
Seeking a hands-on Power Platform / Copilot Developer to help Univest accelerate adoption of Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 AI agents.
This is not necessarily a senior architect role. The priority is finding a strong builder who is also good with people—someone who can identify business use cases, build working solutions, and teach non-technical users how to leverage the technology.
Key Responsibilities

• Build business solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Partner directly with business users to identify and develop practical AI/automation use cases
• Build Copilot Studio agents and M365 AI solutions
• Develop POCs and demonstrate business value
• Train and coach a pilot group of 5–15 business users
• Conduct hands-on workshops and help users build their own solutions
• Create reusable templates, examples, and a reference/playbook
• Help establish practical M365 Agent Governance around development, testing, deployment, security, and responsible AI
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, Teams, APIs, and connectors
• Troubleshoot solutions and document recommendations for scaling the program

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development experience
• Strong experience with Power Apps and/or Power Automate
• Experience with Copilot Studio and Microsoft AI/Copilot capabilities
• Ability to turn business requirements into working low-code solutions
• Strong communication and ability to work directly with non-technical business users
• Comfortable training, coaching, and demonstrating solutions
• Strong documentation and problem-solving skills

• Power Platform governance / Center of Excellence experience
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications
• Experience delivering hands-on technical workshops and user enablement
