Power Plant Supervisor to oversee the operation and maintenance of critical utility systems that keep a thriving manufacturing facility running efficiently.

What You'll DoLead Power Plant Operations- Manage daily operation of boilers, chillers, air compressors, steam systems, and supporting utilities
- Monitor plant performance to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation
- Prioritize work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities
- Maintain operating logs, utility records, and system documentation
- Respond to equipment issues and utility emergencies as needed
Drive Maintenance Excellence- Coordinate and perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Schedule and track daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance programs
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and utility systems
- Oversee repairs involving motors, controls, HVAC, plumbing, steam, and building systems
- Identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and equipment uptime
Champion Safety & Compliance- Enforce OSHA and company safety standards
- Ensure compliance with lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and facility regulations
- Conduct routine inspections and identify corrective actions
- Promote a culture of workplace safety and operational excellence
Support Manufacturing Success- Coordinate maintenance activities with contractors and facility partners
- Minimize downtime through effective planning and scheduling
- Monitor utility performance and maintenance metrics
- Help ensure uninterrupted support for manufacturing operations
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance, utility systems, or power plant experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
- Willingness to work off-hours and respond to emergencies when necessary
Preferred Qualifications- Technical certification, trade school training, or related education
- Boiler certification or ability to obtain certification
- Experience with industrial boilers, chillers, air compressors, and steam systems
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
