Key Responsibilities
Perform component-level and system-level power delivery validation.
Test DC-DC converters for regulation, ripple, transient response, efficiency, and related parameters.
Perform system power-state, voltage noise, maximum-load, brownout, UVLO, and low-power testing.
Use oscilloscopes, SMUs, electronic loads, programmable power supplies, probes, and DAQ systems.
Capture and analyze test data and provide first-pass debugging.
Develop or extend Python test automation.
Read motherboard schematics and PDN block diagrams.
Prepare test reports and maintain test/equipment traceability.
Required Experience
5+ years of motherboard-level power delivery validation.
Consumer electronics or compute platform experience.
Strong hands-on lab testing experience.
Experience with 1 GHz+ oscilloscopes, SMUs, electronic loads, PSUs, probes, and DAQ.
Python scripting for test automation.
Power delivery/power management debugging experience.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
