  • Identify issues related to scope, risk, budget, or schedule and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding project needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Promote adherence to established processes and develop new procedures when needed to improve consistency and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with project safety requirements and enforce applicable safety standards.
  • Make responsible and ethical decisions regarding company resources, project funds, and professional conduct.
  • Perform additional responsibilities based on business and project needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical, civil, or mechanical engineering; project management; construction management; engineering technology; physical sciences; or a related technical discipline. Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience, including significant project management responsibility within an architecture, engineering, and construction firm; utility; EPC organization; or power-delivery consulting environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project delivery processes and project management principles.
  • Experience managing projects through delivery models such as design-bid-build, engineering-procurement-construction, and progressive design-build.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, financial, and business-management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to guide mid- to senior-level project team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance and quality control requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project demands, schedules, and deadlines.
  • Advanced technical writing and computer skills.
