Description
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop DC/DC power conversion products.
- Perform circuit design, magnetics design, simulation, testing, and component selection.
- Create functional specifications and support PCB layout activities.
- Lead projects from concept through production release.
- Generate and maintain product design documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate:
- BSEE required; MSEE preferred.
- 7+ years of power electronics design experience.
- Strong knowledge of switching power supplies and control architectures.
- Experience with magnetics, feedback control, EMC, simulation, and PCB layout.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with proven leadership capability.
