    Job Title: Power BI Developer
    Location: Union, NJ or Dallas, TX or Germantown, MD
    Duration: Long Term

    Job Description:
    The client is looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to join our team and support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives. (Experience: 4–5+ years)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
    • Gather business requirements and define KPIs with stakeholders
    • Transform data from multiple sources into actionable insights
    • Develop complex DAX queries and optimize report performance
    • Build and maintain data models, relationships, calculated columns, and measures
    • Manage report refreshes and data gateways
    • Ensure data accuracy through testing and validation
    • Provide documentation and end-user training

    Required Skills
    • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
    • Strong DAX skills
    • Experience with Power Query / M
    • Strong data modeling experience
    • Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases
    • Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes
    • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
    • Preferred Skills
    • Power BI administration and workspace management
    • Azure Data Factory
    • Azure Synapse Analytics
    • Agile/Scrum experience
