    We are hiring for a Power BI Developer/ETL opportunity.

    Role: Power BI Developer/ETL

    Location: Remote

    Role Overview:

    We are seeking experienced Power BI Developer/ETL professionals with strong expertise in Power BI, Informatica ETL, SQL, PostgreSQL, and data warehouse integration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing reporting solutions, developing ETL pipelines, migrating reporting dashboards from Tableau to Power BI, and implementing data validation and automation practices.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
    • Design and build ETL solutions supporting new Power BI reporting requirements
    • Develop and maintain data integration processes using Informatica
    • Support migration of existing Tableau reporting solutions to Power BI
    • Develop data models and reporting solutions aligned with business requirements
    • Implement data validation and automation processes to improve reporting quality
    • Troubleshoot data integration, reporting, and performance issues
    • Optimize data pipelines, queries, and reporting solutions for improved performance
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders and data teams to understand reporting requirements
    • Support AI-assisted development practices and identify opportunities for process automation

    Required Skills:

    • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI development
    • Experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
    • Strong knowledge of Power Query, Dataflows, and Power BI Gateway
    • Expertise in DAX and data modeling
    • Experience implementing Row-Level Security (RLS)
    • Experience with Power BI performance optimization and incremental refresh
    • Strong Informatica ETL development experience, preferably Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS)
    • Advanced SQL development skills
    • Strong experience with PostgreSQL
    • Experience with data warehouse and reporting integration
    • Experience with database performance tuning and query optimization
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience migrating enterprise reporting solutions from Tableau to Power BI
    • Experience with automated data validation frameworks
    • Experience applying AI-assisted development techniques
    • Experience developing enterprise data warehouse solutions
    • Knowledge of BI modernization and reporting transformation initiatives
    • Experience working with distributed data and analytics teams
    • Strong understanding of reporting governance and data quality practices

    Education Requirement:

    Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
