An independent LA County agency is seeking a Power BI Developer for a 6+ month contract role. The role requires 2-3 days per week onsite in Pasadena, CA Responsibilities * Develop, publish, and schedule interactive Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business requirements. * Designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow from various sources to the data lake (Azure Synapse) * Implementing data integration solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Synapse. * Creating and managing data models and reports in Power BI. * Automating data processes using Power Automate. * Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide appropriate data solutions. * Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and trends. * Maintain and optimize existing Power BI solutions to improve performance and user experience. * Development and administration of BI tools * Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power BI-related issues. * Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards. * Stay up to date with the latest Power BI features and trends to continuously improve data solutions.
