Required Skills- Extensive experience in Power BI Architecture and enterprise reporting solutions
- Strong expertise in Power BI dashboards, reports, DAX, and data modeling

- Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance
- Ability to gather requirements and work directly with business stakeholders
Highly Preferred Skills- Experience migrating reports and dashboards from Cognos to Power BI
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric
Responsibilities- Design and architect enterprise Power BI solutions
- Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data models
- Lead BI strategy and best practices across the organization
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements
- Optimize performance, scalability, and governance of BI platforms
- Support migration and modernization initiatives, including Cognos to Power BI transitions
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to BI developers and analysts
