POWDER PAINT SUPERVISOR – Manufacturing Facility (Roanoke, VA)

Pay Rate: $20–$25/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: 4-Day Work Week | 10-Hour Shifts | Monday–Thursday

Are you an experienced leader with a background in Powder Coating? A well-established manufacturing facility in Roanoke is seeking a Powder Paint Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure product quality and workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate activities in the manufacturing facility.

  • Organize and prioritize production schedules and employee assignments

  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and productivity

  • Monitor inventory and ensure timely completion of production goals

  • Provide leadership, training, and support to production staff

  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations

Qualifications:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting

  • Hands-on experience in powder coating preferred

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency and quality
