POWDER PAINT SUPERVISOR Manufacturing Facility (Roanoke, VA)
Pay Rate: $20$25/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: 4-Day Work Week | 10-Hour Shifts | MondayThursday
Are you an experienced leader with a background in Powder Coating? A well-established manufacturing facility in Roanoke is seeking a Powder Paint Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure product quality and workflow efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate activities in the manufacturing facility.
Organize and prioritize production schedules and employee assignments
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and productivity
Monitor inventory and ensure timely completion of production goals
Provide leadership, training, and support to production staff
Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations
Qualifications:
Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
Hands-on experience in powder coating preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency and quality
