POWDER COATING TECHNICIAN – All Shifts – Brooksville We are seeking talented Power Coating Technicians to join our client’s manufacturing team. As a Powder Coating Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and appearance of our client’s sheet metal and tubing products. If you have experience working with hand tools, painting, and powder coating, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare parts for coating.
- Follow all principles and practices of powder coating application.
- Operate all coating equipment including guns, hoppers, and booth collection systems.
- Observe machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defects.
- Bake parts at appropriate temperatures within time limitations.
- Knowledge of thermosetting resin coatings, wash, and pretreatments
- Ensure that all components are produced/coated efficiently and are consistent with company-established goals for quality and customer order on-time performance.
- Ensure quality standards and processes are used throughout the facility.
- Ensure safety guidelines are being met to assure a safe work environment.
- Load and unload parts or products onto fixtures.
- Other duties, as assigned.
What We Offer
- Multiple Shifts Available
- First Shift – Monday–Friday 6am-2:30pm - $15.50/hr
- Second Shift – Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm - $16.50/hr
- Third Shift – Sunday-Thursday 10:30pm-6am - $17/hr
- Paid Weekly
- Full Time, Some OT Available

Job Requirements:
- Three years minimum experience and/or training in manufacturing techniques
- Training Available
- Good knowledge of the mechanics and repair of painting equipment
- Strong background in powder coating and industrial painting highly desirable
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are essential for this position.
- Physical capability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, and lift objects up to 35 lbs throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation is a must to ensure punctuality and consistent attendance.
- The ability to work independently and efficiently manage your time is highly valued.
