Powder Coater
Advance Services Inc is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Powder Coater for a reputable manufacturing facility in Hastings, NE. The Powder Coater will be responsible for preparing and applying powder coatings to metal surfaces and components, ensuring a high-quality and durable finish. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare parts and surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking
Apply powder coating using spray equipment in a paint booth
Load and unload items from curing ovens
Inspect completed work for quality, thickness, and uniform coverage
Follow all safety procedures and wear proper protective equipment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Perform minor equipment maintenance and notify of needed repairs
Meet daily production and quality standards in collaboration with team members
Shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (MondayFriday, 30 minute unpaid lunch) Wage: $17.00 per hour
Qualifications:
Powder coating or painting experience preferred, but not required
High attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Capable of working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures
Team player with strong work ethic and dependable attendance
