Join Our Team as a Powder Coat Operator in Mocksville, NC!
Are you detail-oriented with an eye for quality? Were seeking a dedicated Powder Coat Operator to join our industrial team. In this role, you'll be responsible for facilitating the powder coating of garage door components, ensuring a smooth and efficient process that meets our high standards. Previous experience in painting or powder coating is preferred, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are just as valuable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor powder coating equipment to ensure optimal application.
- Prepare components for coating, including masking and surface cleaning.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently.
Shift Details:
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday, with mandatory overtime on Fridays
- Hours: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (with an alternative shift of 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM available)
- Type: First shift
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in painting or powder coating is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong focus on quality and safety.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
