As a Powder Blending Manufacturing Technician, you’ll begin your day suiting up in full uniform and respirator, reviewing production schedules, and preparing equipment for a smooth run.     What You’ll Do (Day-in-the-Life)

    After a quick safety huddle, you’ll:

    • Power up and monitor production equipment, adjusting settings to maintain safe, efficient output.
    • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
    • Run in-process quality checks so every product meets spec—no exceptions.
    • Help with equipment setups and changeovers to meet shifting production needs.
    • Accurately document production data and keep meticulous records.
    • Partner with teammates to streamline processes and boost throughput.
    • Keep your workspace clean and follow all safety protocols at all times.
    • Perform powder blending as a core part of the role (prior experience is a plus).
    • Handle heavy lifting and regularly weigh product as part of standard workflow.
    • Wear a full uniform and respirator throughout working hours.

    What You Bring

    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
    • Hands-on experience in production or manufacturing.
