Machine Operator in Newnan - 1st shift, Experience required. $18 - $20/hour

 

The Pour Line Coordinator is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient setup, operation, monitoring, and coordination of the polyurethane foam pour line.

This position helps ensure production schedules are met, formulas are entered accurately, quality standards are maintained, and raw materials and chemicals are handled properly.

The Pour Line Coordinator also helps maintain the pour line and related chemical areas in a clean, organized, and safe operating condition.

Essential Functions l Prepare and organize the pour line and related equipment for daily production. l Maintain the machine and working surfaces in clean and safe operating condition. l Enter foam formulas/recipes accurately and verify production settings before startup. l Operate and monitor the pour line to help ensure safe operation, product quality, proper yield, and adherence to schedule. l Observe foam appearance, process conditions, temperatures, pressures, feed rates, and other operating indicators, making routine adjustments within authorized limits. l Assist with receiving, unloading, and monitoring chemicals, consumables, and auxiliary materials used in production. l Coordinate with management, maintenance, shipping, fabbing, and customer service regarding production priorities, material needs, downtime, and schedule changes. l Identify and report mechanical, quality, or safety issues promptly and clearly. l Support housekeeping, scrap control, and workflow organization so production and curing space remain usable and safe. l Complete production paperwork and required documentation accurately. l Participate in training, incident reporting, corrective actions, and continuous improvement efforts as assigned. l Follow company safety rules, chemical handling requirements, and good manufacturing practices at all times. l Perform other related duties as assigned.
