Under general supervision and in accordance with established procedures, the POSTING CLERK is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing and posting payments into company systems on a daily basis. Key responsibilities include identifying, coding, and sorting incoming mail; scanning and posting payments; maintaining and updating the daily mail tracking spreadsheet; pulling payment stubs for check send-backs; and balancing bank deposits to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
