Expert hands on experience with PostgreSQL in large scale, mission critical production environments.
Strong expertise in PostgreSQL backup, restore, and recovery strategies.
Deep understanding of PostgreSQL High Availability and Disaster Recovery architectures, owned and executed within L2/L3 operations.
Advanced performance tuning skills, including query optimization, indexing strategies, vacuum/analyze tuning, locking analysis, and capacity planning.

Proven experience operating in a 24x7, SLA driven managed services environment.
Hands on ownership of Sev 1 / Sev 2 incidents, problem management, RCA creation, and CAP execution.
Solid understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management).
Experience supporting regulated enterprise environments, including audits and compliance evidence generation.
Ability to identify and drive automation opportunities using approved scripting and workflow tools.
Strong analytical, communication, and mentoring skills with the ability to guide L2 teams under high pressure situations
