The Sweat Lab is looking hiring a postdoctoral researcher to lead an independent research project, including coordinating mouse experiments, designing and executing experiments, interpreting data, and preparing manuscripts for publication. The successful candidate will also be expected to be an excellent lab citizen by responsibly completing assigned duties, communicating promptly and professionally with laboratory and division members, maintaining accurate and organized experimental records, and contributing to a collaborative, supportive, and intellectually engaging research environment. Additional responsibilities include mentoring graduate and undergraduate trainees, assisting with the development of new experimental approaches, presenting research findings at lab meetings and scientific conferences, and contributing to grant applications as opportunities arise.
Ph.D., M.D., or M.D./Ph.D. in a relevant field.
