Our work is highly interdisciplinary, integrating high-throughput screening, computational models, and systems biology to elucidate the mechanisms of drug interactions in complex biological systems, with a particular focus on infectious disease.

    Ideal candidates will have:

    • A Ph.D. in pharmacology, microbiology, chemical biology, or a related field
    • Experience designing, executing, analyzing, and interpreting quantitative experiments, including high-throughput screens.
    • Experience with coding software such as Python, R, and GitHub.
    • An ambition to make major contributions to the field of systems pharmacology by driving an independent research project.
    • Strong communication skills and a desire to work in a team-oriented, interdisciplinary environment

This position offers access to state-of-the-art facilities (e.g., High Throughput Bioscience Center, link, and HPC environment with 5.3 PFLOPS of power and 150 PB of storage capacity, link), a collaborative and supportive research environment, and the opportunity to work on high-impact problems in human health. St. Jude offers highly competitive postdoctoral salaries (typically 20-25% above NIH guidelines) in a low-cost-of-living city, along with comprehensive benefits and robust support for professional development.
