    Description

    • Plan, coordinate, and perform MRI and EEG data collection in pig studies in collaboration with investigators, veterinary personnel, imaging staff, and other research team members.
    • Develop and apply methods for processing and analyzing MRI, EEG, and other physiological or biomedical signals.
    • Interpret experimental findings and communicate progress and results to the principal investigator and research team. Prepare figures, tables, scientific presentations, progress summaries, and manuscripts for peer-reviewed publication.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

    • Knowledge of neuroimaging principles and methods, particularly neuroimaging data acquisition, image reconstruction or preprocessing, quality control, and quantitative analysis.
    • Knowledge of EEG acquisition and analysis, including electrode preparation, signal synchronization, artifact identification and removal, spectral analysis, and interpretation of neurophysiological signals.
    • Knowledge of statistical methods and reproducible research practices for analyzing biomedical and longitudinal experimental data.
