The Post-Sale Specialist is responsible for monitoring, managing, and completing all functions associated with post-foreclosure sale activities. This position provides oversight of the post-sale process, including deed recordings, third-party fund applications, evictions, and the FHA Second Chance process, ensuring all activities are completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with established investor, regulatory, and company requirements.
The Post-Sale Specialist is responsible for actively managing assigned accounts and coordinating with internal teams, attorneys, vendors, and other third parties to resolve issues, maintain established timelines, and drive timely completion of post-sale activities. The role requires consistent monitoring of work queues, identification and escalation of potential delays or risks, and effective follow-up with service providers to improve overall performance.
This position is accountable for managing work in accordance with established procedures, work rules, goals, and objectives, with a strong focus on timeline adherence, quality, compliance, and attorney performance.

3+ years of Foreclosure/Post Sale experience
3+ years of GSE servicing experience
3+ years of GNMA servicing experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and carry out assignments
Microsoft experience, specifically Excel
Preferred
LoanSphere and MSP experience
