This position supports both project‑level delivery and statewide materials compliance functions within GDOT‑administered programs."
In this role, the individual serves as a Materials Compliance Manager for GDOT P3 Division projects, providing oversight of materials sampling, testing, inspection, acceptance, and documentation in accordance with GDOT policies, specifications, ATSER software requirements, and applicable federal regulations. The position supports projects ranging from $20 million to multi‑billion‑dollar construction values and provides technical leadership on complex and high‑risk materials compliance issues.
