    Position Overview

    • We are seeking a Post-Doctoral Fellow (PsyD, PhD) to join our team on a full-time basis. This opportunity is for recent graduates of PsyD and PhD programs who are seeking clinical supervision hours to obtain licensure. 
    • This is a W2 position. We are currently unable to provide benefits to Post-Doctoral Fellows.

    Schedule

    • Full-time: approximately 40 hours of availability per week, with an expected caseload of 25-35 sessions per week
    • Availability required during evenings (after 5:00 PM) and/or weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
    • Flexible scheduling within those windows, you and your supervisor collaborate to set your hours
    • Hybrid model: telehealth and in-person options available

    Compensation

    • Fee-for-Service: Starting at $55 per session
    • Opportunities for permanent employment at Wellness Road Psychology post-licensure based on overall performance and the current needs of the practice

    Responsibilities

    • Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy
    • Maintain clinical documentation and treatment planning, including accurate diagnosis coding and timely completion of notes to support insurance claims submissions
    • Participate in clinical consultations as needed
    • Maintain consistent communication with your assigned clinical supervisor through Slack, email, and weekly meetings

    Qualifications

    • Completed PhD or PsyD without an active license (Required) 
    • Availability during evenings and/or weekends (Required)
    • Strong clinical foundation in evidence-based approaches (Preferred modalities: CBT, DBT, REBT, ACT)
    • Comfortable working independently while maintaining strong ethical and clinical standards
