The Post Closing Specialist will be responsible for below specific duties.
Your specific duties will include:
- Providing escrow services for residential and commercial resale, new construction, refinance, relocation, and timeshare transactions.
- Supporting real estate transactions by performing administrative and support duties related to escrow processes.
- Assisting as part of a production center, branch office, or title team to ensure smooth transaction completion.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Computer literacy with the ability to learn and navigate systems of record.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Previous experience in escrow, title, or real estate transaction support.
