As a company we bring strong private capital and a commitment to risk management to the mortgage insurance industry.Title Post Close Specialist Title InsuranceLocation Coraopolis PA fully on-siteThis is an individual contributor role responsible for reviewing executed loan documents for accuracy of execution and verifying the lender signing requirements have been met.As a dynamic and resourceful professional we will rely on you to perform the following dutiesReview each executed set of loan documents for accuracy via manual audit or automated audit AI of the borrowers signatured witness signatures notary execution of the documents as required by each state legal description review and that all documents have been completed to meet the lender requirement. Scan loan packages prepare certified true recordables ship loan documents to the lenders and the borrowers. File documents and maintain file cabinets organizationResponsible for shipping all executed documents to the lender by following the instructions provided in the lenders closing package.Manage their daily workload effectively and efficiently. Follow the workflow for returning documents noting the system and completing the required events.Work with Team Lead on resolution to post-closing issues and questions. On all escalations the specialists are to involve the Team Lead.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Minimum Education & Experience RequirementsBachelors degree in related field or equivalent work experience. 1 years of related experience in the title insurance industry or financial services organization preferred.Experience with RamQuest closing operations system and all integration systems is preferred. National experience is preferred.Ability to read and interpret documents such as title commitment lenders instructions purchase contracts and other related documents required to verify the lenders closing requirement have been met.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to follow workflow and manage their daily WIP.Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
