TRIGO is currently looking for a full-time Post-Assembly Repair Technicians to join our Grovetown, Georgia team! The pay range for this opportunity is $23.00-$27.00 per hour and shift hours are 6am- 2:30pm. Overall PurposeThe Post-Assembly Repair Technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing defects or non-conformances in completed agricultural tractor assemblies. This role ensures all diagnostics and repairs are completed on time and in accordance with customer delivery expectations. Work is performed in a factory environment and requires collaboration with multiple departments.May Report toSite ManagerResponsibilities(To include but not limited to the following)Customer Relationship & Business DevelopmentBuild strong working relationships with engineers, suppliers, production teams, and customer representatives.OperationsMaintain detailed records of labor, parts, and repairs.Participate in discussions and meetings regarding material rework methods.Ensure 5S principles are followed within work area.Collaborate with the customer quality team to investigate issues and provide data for root cause analysis.
