Description

TRIGO is currently looking for a full-time Post-Assembly Repair Technicians to join our Grovetown, Georgia team! The pay range for this opportunity is $23.00-$27.00 per hour and shift hours are 6am- 2:30pm. Overall PurposeThe Post-Assembly Repair Technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing defects or non-conformances in completed agricultural tractor assemblies. This role ensures all diagnostics and repairs are completed on time and in accordance with customer delivery expectations. Work is performed in a factory environment and requires collaboration with multiple departments.May Report toSite ManagerResponsibilities(To include but not limited to the following)Customer Relationship & Business DevelopmentBuild strong working relationships with engineers, suppliers, production teams, and customer representatives.OperationsMaintain detailed records of labor, parts, and repairs.Participate in discussions and meetings regarding material rework methods.Ensure 5S principles are followed within work area.Collaborate with the customer quality team to investigate issues and provide data for root cause analysis. Organization & ManagementCoordinate with relevant parties to collect data and resolve quality concerns.Review work orders and consult with clients, peers, and supervisors as needed.Advise customers on work performed, current status of repair, vehicle condition, and future repair needs.Technical Diagnose mechanical and electrical failure modes in engines, axles, and vehicle systems.Disassemble, repair, and reassemble agricultural tractors and related equipment.Perform post-repair testing and make necessary adjustments to ensure safe and proper function.Inspect, sort, and rework components using appropriate measuring tools and inspection techniques.Test electrical components and wiring using soldering tools and meters.Other Any other duties as assigned Knowledge, skills, abilities  Hard skillsValues & attitudes Excellent written and verbal communications skillsAbility to coordinate, prioritize and multitaskDemonstrated flexibility within a fast-paced, challenging environmentAbility to take initiative and recognize needsAbility to handle highly sensitive and confidential materialStrong experience in engine and axle repair.Proficient in diagnosing and repairing non-conforming components.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.Knowledge of industrial equipment assembly processes and inspection techniques.Skilled in using measuring tools and diagnostic equipment.Proficient with basic computer software (MS Office, SharePoint; SAP experience preferred).Global team spiritTeam playerCaring for peopleOpen-mindedExcellenceReactiveResilient to pressureRigorousCustomer focusCustomer orientedReliable & trustworthyFlexibleInitiativeAutonomousInnovativeDaring  Work experience Overall recommendations 2+ years of relevant experience in mechanical repair or manufacturing environments.Basic knowledge of materials, production processes, and quality systems.Education background Overall recommendations High school diploma or equivalent.Associate or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Technology or related field preferred.About TRIGO Global Quality SolutionsFounded in 1997, TRIGO is a multinational company providing operational Quality Management solutions for the manufacturing sector, especially in the automotive and aerospace industries.
