Role & Schedule

• Schedule: Full-time (5 days/week, in-person)
• Lead comprehensive patient assessments and individual care planning.
• Coordinate closely with an on-site multidisciplinary team and facility staff.
• Receive structured 3-month onboarding, clinical mentorship, and specialized leadership training.

Compensation & Perks

• Target Annual Compensation: $230,000 to $270,000 Salary and fee-for-service

Qualifications

• Active Michigan medical license and DEA registration.
• Background in post-acute, acute, ED, or outpatient medicine (new graduates are encouraged to apply).
