    Positive Behavior Coach

    Location: Fremont, MI
    Starting Pay: $19.20/hr
    $250 Sign-On Bonus
    Quarterly Incentive Program Available

    Your Role as a Positive Behavior Coach (PBC)

    As a PBC, you will provide compassionate, hands-on support to individuals with cognitive, physical, and developmental disabilities in a residential or community setting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with daily living activities (eating, dressing, grooming, mobility, etc.)
    • Encourage independence and community involvement
    • Administer medications and complete documentation
    • Communicate effectively with team members and residents
    • Support a safe, structured, and engaging environment
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    What We’re Looking For

    • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
    • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
    • Experience preferred, but not required – we train!
    • Valid Michigan Driver’s License & clean driving record (Required)

    Shift Availability

    2nd & 3rd Shifts Preferred
    Day Shifts Also Available

    Work Location: In-person – Fremont, MI
