Position Title: Technician Support Lead – Commercial Doors & Dock Equipment

Location: Fort Worth, TX 76107 – In Office / No Travel

Experience: Seeking someone with several years of hands-on field experience installing, servicing, and troubleshooting commercial overhead doors, rollups, dock levelers, and dock equipment. Must be able to diagnose electrical, mechanical, and structural issues and coach field technicians through repairs remotely.

• In-office / no travel

• Provide phone and video support to field technicians

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and structural issues

• Mentor and coach less-experienced technicians

Compensation: $70K base + 401(k) with 100% match on first 3% after 90 days + 2 weeks vacation + 6 sick days + benefits + HSA (company-paid premium)
