.1. The ideal consultant is an experienced POS implementation professional with a strong background in multi-site retail or QSR deployments.
2. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to quickly achieve proficiency in the SmartSeries POS and independently execute system configuration, implementation, end-user training, and go live support across all customer locations.
3. Successful candidates are customer-focused, technically capable, and comfortable working in fast-paced operational environments.
4.They possess strong troubleshooting and communication skills, can effectively train restaurant managers and staff, and consistently follow standardized deployment methodologies while identifying and escalating risks when appropriate.
The consultant must be capable of working independently following the certification, maintaining high-quality implementation standards, and representing the client professionally throughout all phases of deployment, from readiness validation through post-go-live stabilization.
