The Position
Job Appointment: Full-Time
Streetcar Operating Hours: Mon-Fri. 05:00-00:30, Sat-Sun 06:00-23:30. Position responsible for covering vacation shifts and will be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays. This position is considered Essential.
Work Location: Portland Streetcar, 1516 NW Northrup Street, Portland, OR 97209. This position also works outdoors in all weather conditions and involves frequent interaction with potentially disruptive members of the public; it also requires alertness to potential hazards associated with working on the transit system. The duties of this position entail office duties and incident response on the streetcar system in city-owned vehicles.

Position Summary:
The City of Portland is seeking a Portland Streetcar Operations Supervisor in the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT). The Portland Streetcar Operations Supervisor is responsible for planning, scheduling the daily operations, and assigning the work of TriMet personnel engaged in the daily operation of Portland streetcar vehicles.
