Roles & Responsibilities
Serve as the Portfolio Information Steward for the Data & Analytics portfolio.
Maintain the integrity and consistency of portfolio information across scope, schedule, budget, resource, and governance data.
Establish and govern portfolio reporting standards, definitions, and controls.
Consolidate portfolio metrics from multiple programs and delivery teams.
Validate portfolio data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
Manage portfolio dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting artifacts.
Support governance reviews, audits, and compliance requirements.
Track portfolio KPIs, financial performance, milestones, and delivery commitments.
Maintain portfolio repositories, documentation, decisions, and governance records.
