• Power BI, Excel, Power Query, SharePoint
• SQL and Snowflake working knowledge
• Jira / Azure DevOps reporting and administration
• Data validation, reconciliation, and quality controls
• Metadata, documentation, and process governance
• KPI/KRI reporting and portfolio performance measurement
• Strong understanding of Data & Analytics operating models
• Experience with governance, audit, and compliance processes

Roles & Responsibilities

• Serve as the Portfolio Information Steward for the Data & Analytics portfolio.
• Maintain the integrity and consistency of portfolio information across scope, schedule, budget, resource, and governance data.
• Establish and govern portfolio reporting standards, definitions, and controls.
• Consolidate portfolio metrics from multiple programs and delivery teams.
• Validate portfolio data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Manage portfolio dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting artifacts.
• Support governance reviews, audits, and compliance requirements.
• Track portfolio KPIs, financial performance, milestones, and delivery commitments.
• Maintain portfolio repositories, documentation, decisions, and governance records.
• Coordinate with Program Managers, Finance teams, Product Owners, and Delivery Leads to ensure alignment of portfolio information.
• Provide insights into portfolio trends, risks, budget utilization, and resource demand.
• Drive continuous improvement of portfolio reporting and information management processes.
