Title: Portfolio Manager
Location: San Diego, CA
Rate: $150k+/base 10% annual target bonus.
Reporting to: Chief Investment Officer / Chief Executive Officer
Position Overview:
The Portfolio Manager is responsible for supporting portfolio construction, investment implementation, and ongoing oversight for high-net-worth client portfolios. This individual works closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Portfolio Managers, along with advisors, to execute investment strategy, conduct research, analyze portfolio positioning, monitor allocations, and ensure portfolios remain aligned with client objectives and firm standards.
This role is designed for a strong mid-level executor who brings sound investment judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a small, close-knit firm environment. The Portfolio Manager will contribute to investment committee discussions, support advisors in client review preparation, and help drive consistent, high-quality portfolio management across the practice.
