Project Overview
We are supporting a large-scale airport technology environment that requires skilled IT professionals to oversee multiple strategic IT initiatives across enterprise systems. The environment is highly complex, requiring strong governance and portfolio-level visibility to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage IT project intake, evaluation, and prioritization processes to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives
- Oversee portfolio performance by tracking KPIs, delivery metrics, and overall program health across initiatives
- Align budgets, resources, and capacity planning with organizational priorities and IT strategy
- Coordinate with PMO leadership and executive stakeholders to ensure transparency and governance across the portfolio
- Identify portfolio-level risks, dependencies, and constraints and support mitigation planning
- Prepare executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentations to support decision-making and governance
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in IT portfolio management, program management, or senior project leadership roles
- Experience in public sector, transportation, or large enterprise IT environments
- Strong understanding of portfolio governance, financial planning, and resource management
- Experience preparing executive reports and strategic presentations
- PMP or PgMP certification preferred
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
