Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the restaurant for opening by checking safety and security from the previous night.
- Maintain the building's exterior and grounds, including landscaping and snow removal.
- Coordinate with the opening team for efficient preparation.
- Ensure food safety by taking temperatures and documenting them accurately.
- Manage stock rotation in coolers and storage areas using FIFO methods.
Qualifications:
- A genuine smile and friendly demeanor!
- Strong communication skills and dependability.
- 1-2 years of restaurant experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to work independently.
