Porter - Part Time

Under general direction, the Grounds Porter will conduct the day-to-day cleaning and upkeep of all common areas, including but not limited to: Clean and maintain hallways, rest rooms, stairways, and other common areas. Clean and maintain the exterior walkways, sidewalks, and other common areas. Maintain landscaped areas, empty trash receptacles.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 1-year experience working as a porter / groundskeeper.

Please note that these shifts are assigned based on company needs to include availability for days, nights, evenings, weekends and holidays.
