Porter Responsibilities

• Perform semi-skilled maintenance on Culver’s kitchen and facility systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance in order to maintain brand standards.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and resolve in-house when possible.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining and kitchen areas.
• Maintain exterior grounds, parking lot, and dumpster areas, including pressure washing and seasonal upkeep (snow/ice, debris removal).
• Support team members by ensuring all supplies are stocked.
• Assist with waste disposal and recycling efforts.
• Contribute to a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for guests and staff.

Ideal Candidate

• 1-2 years restaurant experience preferred
• Be able to frequently lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Be able to climb up and down a ladder to a height of 25 feet.
• Motivated and enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Team player who enjoys contributing to a friendly environment.
• No formal education required; willingness to learn is key.
