Our client has an immediate need for a temporary Porter skilled in cleaning protocols for both indoor and outdoor spaces, including restrooms, fitness areas, and recreational amenities to uphold the image of the complex and ensure the property looks neat, is clean, and in good repair.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
DAILY TASKS
Exterior Areas
Blow and clear parking lots, edges, and walkways of debris
Wipe down and straighten all exterior furniture, tabletops, and chairs
Remove excess garbage from all areas
Clear spiderwebs from windows and outdoor surfaces
Wipe down all 6 golf carts each morning
Test equipment, doors, elevators, and amenities for proper function
Inspect all areas for pest control concerns
Identify and report any safety or damage issues
Assist with large package deliveries to owner lots
Deliver propane and rental supplies to designated lots
Place and remove green tags for lot identification
Deliver and set up tables, chairs, and other event supplies; ensure area cleanliness before and after events
Check all security systems daily to confirm they are functioning properly
Interior Areas
Wipe down all interior surfaces
Clean up after all daily club activities
Adjust air conditioning as needed for comfort levels
Restock water dispensers
Vacuum all carpets and rugs
Remove garbage from interior bins
Straighten and reset all interior furniture
Collect towels and linens from restrooms, launder, fold, and return
Restock towels, paper products, and other interior supplies
Inspect and report pest control concerns
Identify and report safety or maintenance issues
Dust hard-to-reach and high places
Reset gym furniture
Clean and restock all pet waste stations with bags
WEEKLY TASKS
All Properties/Areas
Wash down parking lots
Inspect, clean, and repair all light fixtures
Wash all decks, walkways, and patio furniture using soap solution
Deep-clean courts (pickleball/tennis), including nets and signage (every other week)
Fully wash all six golf carts
Clean all clubhouse awnings
Dust and clear window seals of webs in all buildings
Wash and vacuum truck (interior and exterior)
Clean and sanitize all signage
Set up Bocce courts each Monday during season and clean afterward
Organize and clean C-cans (storage units)
Inspect all court nets for wear; repair or replace as needed
Cut new keys for owner mailboxes as necessary
Special Areas
Bridges: Wash railings and fences; remove garbage
Docks: Power wash dock surfaces and walkways; remove debris and clean visible bird droppings from poles
Full-time: 7:00am to 3:30pm Mon-Fri
Pay = $19/hr
