Hourly rate: $17.00 - $18.00/hour

Position Summary:

The Porter will perform custodial and maintenance duties. The office title for this role at Wingate is "Porter." Primary responsibilities include keeping exteriors, common areas, vacant units, sidewalks, and alleyways of the property clean and safe. The Porter will assist in other types of basic maintenance when necessary and serve as a helper to the maintenance team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean hallways, common areas, vacant units, parking areas, and sidewalks
• Maintain grounds (lawn care, snow removal, litter pickup)
• Perform light maintenance (e.g., appliance cleaning, basic plumbing, painting assistance)
• Support the maintenance team and social program setup
