Pool Operations Supervisor

Safety presentations; overseeing Swim Instructor Trainers (including training logs) and Swim Team Coaches; communicating daily shift notes to the GM/AGM; and producing weekly status reports (including notes, checklists, and student progress summaries).Required qualifications/skills:- High school diploma/GED required; college degree preferred- Strong communication and organization; comfort working with children- Must pass background examinations- 2+ years as a swim instructor preferred; youth coaching/teaching/camp experience preferred- Lifeguard/CPR/AED/First Aid/Ellis preferred (training available); CPO certification optional (paid training if needed)Pay: $22–$25/hour. Between classes, you’ll touch base with parents/guardians on progress and questions, then pivot to quick huddles that keep everyone aligned. Later, you’ll review notes and logs, prep for a workshop or training block, and wrap up by sending a concise shift update and organizing the week’s reporting items so leadership has a clear snapshot of how things are going.
