Pool Maintenance Technician – Full Time, Year-Round

Pool Scouts is hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Pool Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors, driving a company vehicle, and being part of a positive team environment, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Perform weekly pool cleaning and maintenance
- Test and balance water chemistry
- Identify and complete minor pool equipment repairs
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and professional company vehicle
What We’re Looking For
- People who show up to work regularly
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working outdoors in Texas weather
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Pool industry experience preferred (6–12 months ideal)
- Willingness to obtain Certified Pool Technician/Operator certification
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Typical hours between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Occasional weekend work may be required
- No nights
